Ke awa iki 1

Hawai'i Art

Hawai'i art combines landscape and local cultural elements to create unique and meaningfully light filled art pieces and ideas.

With Hawai'i's unique natural beauty and rich cultural heritage, my art attempts to captures the essence of the islands in every representation. For me, one of the most visual aspects is the way the light plays across the tropical scenery and waters. It is a wonderful place to live and work.

Donna and I moved here in 2018 with our puppy Bella Lani Kai. We enjoy the beautiful landscapes and vibrant culture here. It is a place where I can express my creativity and connect with the local community. Seeing the beautiful azure of the warm Pacific Ocean adds to the allure. The Winter months bring a different kind of beauty to the islands. This piece is titled "Ke awa iki 1" (2022).
